An impressive 2 day hiking and sightseeing tour, covering the two most popular natural attractions of Cape Town, Table Mountain and the Cape Peninsula. The walking requires a reasonable degree of fitness, with short sections of strenuous uphill, but plenty of recovery time.

This short tour is a gives the hiking enthusiast a quick overview of the two natural wonders that most people want to visit, as well as the unique opportunity to spend the night on Table Mountain. Hikers are introduced to amazing floral diversity that defines the region, as well as the sense of the history that brought the early European settlers to this part of the world. It is designed for visitor with limited time in Cape Town, but with the wish to see these iconic sights on foot, rather than in the traditional sightseeing style.

| Day 1 | Cape Town | Arrival and transfer to your hotel near the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. Orientation meeting with your host / guide. The rest of the day at leisure for shopping and orientation. Your host on hand to assist where necessary. Evening – group briefing and hosted African themed dinner. |
| Day 2 | Table Mountain Trail | Start, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, hike up to the Back Table of the Mountain. Explore various paths & views on the Back Table. Overnight at the renovated Overseers Cottage. Dinner – traditional braai (barbeque). |
| Day 3 | Table Mountain Trail | Walk the Smuts Track with views over the Southern Suburbs, to the Maclears Beacon, the highest point of the Mountain and then on to the Cable Station. Hike down Platteklip Gorge. Transfer from hike end to hotel. Transfer to dinner on historic wine farm. Overnight at accommodation in Cape Town |
| Day 4 | Cape Peninsula | Travel to Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve via the scenic Chapmans Peak Drive & Boulders Penguins Colony . Visit Cape Point and follow a two hour circular hiking trail in the Reserve. Dinner at historic wine estate. Overnight at accommodation in Cape Town |
